If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us and describe the issue you are unhappy with, including a picture if possible, and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Each case is different. We pride ourselves on being fair and taking care of our customers. Please be advised that:
- Customer must submit appropriate notification within 30 day of receiving the product in order to make their case eligible for return, exchange and/or refund consideration.
- Returns must be authorized prior to shipping back to to us in order to qualify for a refund.
